Experience the essence of back-to-basics camping at our exclusive Basic Tent Sites! These carefully crafted sites are tailor-made for tent aficionados seeking a genuine connection with nature. Unplug from the world while still enjoying modern conveniences, including complimentary Wi-Fi, water, and electric. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our Basic Tent Sites, striking the ideal harmony between rustic camping and essential amenities while being able to enjoy everything else Cold Springs Camp Resort has to offer.
Open May 1st – Columbus Day
No more than 2 cars per campsite or cabin are permitted.
One immediate family per cabin consisting of 1 or 2 adults with their dependent children (max 4 immediate family adults and no more than 6 people per cabin).
Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Exception, reservations longer than 1 month will be required a deposit amount of 1 month at time of booking. The balance of payment is due 1 week prior to arrival of your stay.
If you would like to book a SPECIFIC site for your reservation, you have the option to lock in a site. Please note: The lock fee may ONLY be done at time of booking and cannot be taken off and refunded at a later date.

We will do our best to honor your request for a specific site, but reserve the rights to make changes if necessary.
To book a reservation for next year, it is a $50 non-refundable deposit. You may make payments on your next year reservations any time after January 1st. The full payment is DUE by April 1st or we do CANCEL the reservation.
If for any reason you have a change of plans, cancellations or change of dates must be received fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival for a refund minus a cancellation fee. We regret that we cannot issue refunds nor credits for early departures.

Rates include 2 adults/2 children (under 18 years of age)
$6.00 per day each additional child (3 -17)
$10.00 per day each additional adult (18 & older)
